CTP
Canned tomato paste is made from fresh, ripe red tomatoes. After washing and crushing, the tomatoes are concentrated to remove excess water, then packed into tins and sterilized at high temperatures.
The finished paste has a thick texture, deep red color and intense, tangy tomato flavor. It can be used as a base for sauces, soups, stews and other culinary applications. Buyers can select from several Brix ranges and tin sizes to match their product and packaging requirements.
